Hello everyone, if you're getting this email, you are on the outside looking in!! In other words, you are not signed up for a paid membership. That is ok if you are not attending the Rendezvous, but if you're planning on coming, you need to sign up for a paid membership below. If you want to pay a different way or at the event, please email [email protected] and we will make arrangements.
The 2025 Rendezvous is fast approaching, and I have been getting a lot of questions about this year's event. First of all, the date going forward will always be the third week in August. So that will make this year's event officially August 15-17.
The page on the website has been updated with all the details. If you are planning on going, please check your membership. I have seen a lot of members that I know are coming but their membership has expired or been cancelled. I suspect this is caused by credit card changes, expiration dates, etc. As we get closer, only paid members will be able to attend. You can check your status by logging into the website and in the top right corner you will see your account icon. If you click on that icon it will bring up your account details. If your membership has been canceled or you have never signed up, please do so.
We don't make any profit on the funds we receive from the memberships; all proceeds go towards port a potty's, games, food, prices, etc. I have also added a way to just help donate to the website and Rendezvous if you wish. There are three $$$ signs at the top and it links to a one-time payment screen. You can put in any amount you want and we will use this for website hosting and upcoming events. Here is a link
This will be the third year of the Rendezvous and Cheryl and I are excited to host it again and see all our old friends and make some new ones. If you missed last years, here is a link to the recap.
