Hello everyone, if you're getting this email, you are a paid membership and have access to attend the 2025 Rendezvous. If you are a paid member and are not attending the event and don't want to get the emails that will go out before now and Aug, please email [email protected].
The 2025 Rendezvous is fast approaching, and I have been getting a lot of questions about this year's event. First of all, the date going forward will always be the third week in August. So that will make this year's event officially August 15-17.
The page on the website has been updated with all the details. If you are planning on going, please check the page at the top labeled "Rendezvous" and it will take you to all the details when you log in.
We don't make any profit on the funds we receive from the memberships; all proceeds go towards port a potty's, games, food, prices, etc. I have also added a way to just help donate to the website and Rendezvous if you wish. There are three $$$ signs at the top and it links to a one-time payment screen. You can put in any amount you want and we will use this for website hosting and upcoming events. Here is a link
This will be the third year of the Rendezvous and Cheryl and I are excited to host it again and see all our old friends and make some new ones. If you missed last years, here is a link to the recap.
