We hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving with their family and friends. I am writing this article the Saturday after Thanksgiving and realized I did not post the recap of the Rendezvous.
We had an unexpected visitor this year at the Rendezvous. Jim and his family found an owl almost dead in the forest. They worked with her over about 3 weeks to rehabilitate her and finally gave her to Montana Wild. After a couple of months, they were able to release her back on the ranch property.
We had a great time meeting old friends and new. The food was great, the weather was unpredictable and the friendship was over the top.
But the cornhole was intense........

After the 3 days of the Rendezvous, we went on a little road trip through Yellowstone, West Yellowstone, and ended up at the Blackfoot Reservoir. In true overlanding style, we had to prepare for everything and when we drove up to Blackfoot, the weather was awful. See the videos below, taken 2 days apart with drastically different weather.
